Brief Job Description

Construction Advisor is expanding and we are looking for a new member of our team in a part-time role. You will be working with a small team of people passionate about the construction industry and about the services we are providing.

You will be responsible for:
• our daily news feed posts – we will show you how
• creating and editing presentations in PowerPoint
• general administration tasks
• liaising with sub-contractors
• providing administration updates for the team in the weekly team meetings
• supporting Business Development and Implementation activities
• (optional) bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable using Xero

Qualification / Skills required

To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in an administrative support role. Your strengths will span key areas such as:
• excellent writing skills
• a self-starter and ability to work independently
• an ability to foster internal and external relationships
• experience with office / administrative responsibilities and practices
• being reliable, proactive and accountable
• demonstrated initiative, drive, professionalism and the ability to ”think, question and challenge”
• exposure to Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and reporting tools or willingness to learn

Days and hours can be flexible to suit your circumstances. We are open to a hybrid onsite / remote work arrangement, though on-site attendance at a minimum of one day per week at our Brighton offices is preferred.
