Probuild Turns First-Sod on VU City-West
Probuild has announced the turning of the first-sod at the long awaited Victoria University ‘City-West’ development. With development applications dating back to 2012, the project is now finally on the way. The site at 364-368 Little Lonsdale St will include a 32 story tower and communal gathering spaces for students. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 in time for the 2022 first semester.
