PRE LEASE CONDITION REPORT – A report on the existing condition of fixtures and fitting of a property.
- MAKE GOOD ASSESSMENT – A report that either forms the basis of a Make Good Claim for a lessor, or defends a Make Good Claim for a lessee.
- INJURY REPORT – An inspection required when an injury occurs at a home, workplace or building site, and where the injury was the result of an issue with the building.
- PROJECT ADVOCACY – An end-to-end project advocacy service for construction, rectification and property development projects.
MAINTENANCE PLAN – A report for owner’s corporations that lists items to be maintained in the common areas, including how much will need to be spent and when. - QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS – A detailed inspection that looks at any issues with the building, during the building phase.
- STAGE INSPECTIONS – A brief inspection carried out during the construction of a building to ensure the stages are being met.
- TENDER ASSESSMENT – This service evaluates all tenders to ensure that they meet the requirements and/or they are all quoting on the same set of work.
- DILAPIDATION REPORT – A full survey of adjoining property to a proposed construction works.
- STRATA MANAGERS REPORT – A specific report on common areas for defects, deterioration, damage & poor maintenance.
- EXPERT WITNESS – A detailed, in-depth report on the defects of a property in relation to a legal dispute, and appearing in the court or tribunal to provide evidence as required.
- CONDITION REPORT (DETAILED) – A detailed, in-depth report on the condition of a property, causes and what is involved in rectifying it.
- TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE – A report highlighting the current condition of a commercial/industrial property.
- CONDITION REPORT (LIMITED) – A short report on the condition of a property.
- BUILDING NOTICE RESPONSE ASSISTANCE – Assistance in getting a permit for work that has previously been carried out without a permit. Also called Retrospective Permit.
