What we love to do!
Traffic Control – We supply skilled traffic controllers to your civil construction project and help you meet your Victorian Indigenous Social Procurement target.
We recruit, medically assess and drug and alcohol test all our staff to provide our clients a safer, more reliable and productive worker. Using our services will also assist you in meeting your Victorian Indigenous Social Procurement target.
Employment – We provide long-term employment and career opportunities for First Nations people in the civil construction industry. We are committed to making a difference to Indigenous employment and understand the positive effect that comes from regular employment.
If you are looking for work in the construction industry, even if you have no previous experience, then please contact us. First Nations Traffic Management will provide you with all the Workplace Health and Safety and Injury Management training to get you started.
Training – Our Indigenous employees commence as trained Traffic Controllers, then embark upon a pathway of up-skilling and career development into their chosen fields of expertise.
We strategically place new employees with skilled workers on cottage work sites to train and mentor them to a standard which will be expected on major projects, whilst building up confidence and experience in a less intense environment.
We provide up-to-date Australian standard Workplace Health and Safety and Injury Management training to all our staff
